Miller Creek Hydro ProjectPeak Cutting and Coring was contracted by North Construction to complete the demolition and redesign of the South Miller top intake. The project was at high elevation with a very tight schedule of completion before the first snowfall. Peak Cutting and Coring wire sawed the required 220t of concrete out without a hitch and the job was completed ahead of schedule.
Sephora Park RoyalExtensive changes were required to Sephora's base building including new plumbing, doorway, drainage, foundation removal and over 700 feet of electrical trenching. It was a perfect job for an electric slab saw allowing the 700 feet of trenching to be completed in 2 days.

Cypress Creek Seismic UpgradeUpside down core drilling 4 feet deep above a pristine environment was just one of the challenges faced during our work at the Cypress Creek Bridge on Hwy 1 in West Vancouver. The area was scanned before coring to prevent damage to any of the structural steel and 100% of the slurry created was captured and disposed of responsibly.
McDonalds SquamishMcDonalds Squamish received an extensive renovation and expansion in 2012-2013. Peak Cutting and Coring was contracted to remove a considerable amount of base building concrete to make way for new services and foundations for the required expansion.

Peak Cutting and Coring was contracted to wire saw and remove a section of wall during a redesign at the facilities intake station. Even with challenging floods and snowfalls, Peak Cutting pulled out all stops to insure the project was completed on time and on budget. Through innovative lifting solutions, concrete cutting expertise and stringent environmental plan, Peak Cutting was the perfect fit for the job.

Peak was contracted to remove the floor slab and old duct bank inside the substation. The duct bank was made with asbestos piping, so a ductless coring method was used to ensure the job was completed in the safest manor possible.
